We worked with Virgil from Alvarado Construction on many house projects, and they always amaze us with the end product they deliver. Their professionalism, quality of work, and overall honest approach with their customers stand out the most. We did the following with Alvarado Construction
1. Full re-architecture of our front landscape with hardscape and lighting (framing, concrete, pavers, lights, and planting) over 3k sq feet.
2. Full master bath remodel (New vanity, countertop, full free-standing shower, plumbing, fireplace, paint, etc.)

In a time when it feels as if you cannot trust anyone, I had the pleasure of working with Virgilio on a total rehab of a vintage (1910) Victorian cottage in Martinez. Everything from electricals, plumbing, dry wall, wall removal, complete kitchen and bath, and hardwood floors were expertly done and on time. He is reliable and talented. Not only that, but he has stood by his work, and has been very prompt in fixing the little things that sometimes need to be tweeked after the project is done. I recommend him highly for any project. He is one of the best!
